Happy Days Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and organized leader to oversee daily operations, support staff, and help guide program growth. This role blends administration, team leadership, and hands-on classroom support to ensure a high-quality experience for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements

• Manage staffing, including scheduling, hiring, training, and supervision

• Support classrooms regularly, working alongside teachers and students

• Partner with staff on child development assessments and family communication

• Maintain program quality standards, including Parent Aware Accreditation

• Coordinate staff development and provide ongoing coaching and support

• Build relationships with families and serve as a key point of communication

• Assist with grant opportunities and maintain required documentation

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors and provide regular program updates

Required Qualifications

• Be a graduate of a high school or hold an equivalent diploma attained through successful completion of the commissioner of education-selected high school equivalency test

• Have at least 1,040 hours of paid or unpaid staff supervision experience

• Have at least nine quarter credits or 90 hours earned in any combination of accredited courses in staff supervision, human relations, and child development.

• Be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education, program management, or a related field

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

• Meets Minnesota requirements for staff supervision and early childhood training

Schedule​

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, year-round

• Paid holidays, plus PTO and sick time

• Part-time arrangements may be considered
