Our Curriculum
The Experience Early Learning Curriculum is a research-based program designed to foster the holistic development of children through hands-on, play-based learning. It supports key areas of growth including cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development, tailored to meet the unique needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
In each age group, the Experience Early Learning Curriculum is adapted to suit developmental stages, ensuring a balanced approach that nurtures children's individual needs and growth.
At Happy Days Learning Center, we believe that outdoor time is essential for a child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Time spent in nature allows children to explore, discover, and engage with the world around them, promoting creativity, problem-solving, and a sense of wonder. Outdoor adventures also support gross motor skills, improve focus, and foster social interaction as children play, collaborate, and build confidence. Daily outdoor experiences are an integral part of our curriculum, encouraging a deeper connection with nature and a healthy, active lifestyle.
For infants, the curriculum focuses on sensory exploration and building secure attachments. Activities such as tummy time, exploring textures, and simple cause-and-effect play help support motor skills, emotional bonding, and early language development.
